Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Programme sessions run outside these hours based on participant availability. Weekend sessions are common.
Most programmes run 4-10 sessions depending on age group and content depth. Sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly based on family preference.
Parent observation is welcome for younger children's programmes. For pre-teens and teens, we find they engage more openly without parents present, but we provide regular progress updates.
We provide catch-up materials and can schedule brief individual reviews to ensure they don't fall behind. Consistent attendance works best, but we understand life happens.
Full refunds are available if you cancel before the second session. After that, we prorate based on remaining sessions.
Yes. All workbooks, resources, and follow-up materials are included in the programme cost. No hidden fees.
Siblings close in age can often join the same programme at a discounted rate. Contact us to discuss specific situations.
