- After the second session, refunds are prorated based on remaining sessions
- We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment, with full refunds provided
- No refunds for missed individual sessions; makeup sessions may be available at our discretion

Attendance
- Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal learning outcomes
- Parents/guardians should notify us of anticipated absences when possible
- We provide makeup materials for missed sessions but cannot guarantee individual makeup sessions

We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior disrupts the learning environment, with fees prorated for completed sessions only.

- Support learning by encouraging practice of skills at home
Intellectual Property
All content provided through our programmes, including curriculum materials, worksheets, and resources, remains the intellectual property of arcane-watts. Participants may:
